Project 321 is new build residence designed for homeowners who envisioned a warm, inviting home that feels vibrant yet peaceful. A place where family and friends naturally want to gather and stay. The kitchen serves as the heart of the home. We designed this space around a series of subtle details that speak to one another. The fluted hood cover finds its counterpart on the island, while the cabinetry and pendants work together to reinforce the palette. The double bullnose countertop profile and curved window frame bring a sense of softness to the space. To further elevate the architectural character, we introduced a shallow three-layer plaster moulding that adds depth without overwhelming the room. We wanted this city home to feel true to its urban setting, yet carry a sense of warmth, softness, and timeless character.
